Dear Members,
We are having both a “Special Election” and our normal “Annual Election” on Sunday September 2nd 2018. Therefore, there will be two separate election ballots sent out to you or presented to you in person at The Lodge during the voting process.

The “Special Election” will fill the current vacancies on the Board, meaning that the 4 winners on this ballot will not receive a full three-year term on the BOD. These elected candidates will fill two 2-year terms and two 1-year terms, thereby bringing the Board up to the proper number of members that would be in place normally at this time of year. This “Special Election” ballot will be tallied first and the winners will be eliminated from being able to win the “Annual Election” ballot.

The “Annual Election” ballots will then be tallied and the remaining candidates, who were not elected by the “Special Election” but remain on this ballot, will then be voted in to the remaining three 3-year terms.

Please be sure to vote on both election ballots and follow any instructions provided.
